Longbarrow Allotments

Longbarrow Allotments are located on Throop Road. There are 100+ allotments of varying sizes.

Ownership of the allotment land was officially transferred to Throop & Holdenhurst Village Council (2021). The allotments are very well run and self managed by an elected Committee in partnership with The Council.

The Longbarrow Allotments site has purpose built facilities including a large building that houses the site shop, meeting room, storage area, kitchen area and toilets (inc. disabled).

The site also benefits from a concrete road structure and an extensive water supply system (tanks and taps) running to almost every other plot.

There is currently a waiting list for an allotment at Longbarrow.( BH8 0DJ)
